In this workshop you will experience how the hip joint, leg, knee, ankle and foot work separately and together to move us forward in life. Understand how the spirals and rotations are crucial in moving correctly and how you can explain this to your clients. Learn exercises that mobilize and strengthen every part of this unit and how to coordinate it as a whole. Experience what standing and moving on your two legs truly means and feels like for yourself and your clients.
