FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I sign up for PES 2023? Click Tickets above to purchase your tickets through Eventbrite. After purchasing your ticket, you will receive two emails. One email from Eventbrite will confirm your ticket purchase. The second email will be from "Sched" and it will have a link to set your password and select your sessions. This email may take up to 15 minutes to arrive. Please also check your Spam folder if you don't see it.
How many sessions can I register for?You can register for unlimited general sessions on each day that you have a ticket for (Friday and/or Saturday). Pre- and Post-Conference workshops require a separate ticket. Can I purchase my tickets now and select my sessions later?Yes, absolutely. You can select your sessions at any time, and you don't have to create your whole schedule at once.
Can I change my schedule after I've selected my sessions?Yes! Make as many changes as you'd like.
How many Peak Pilates CECs can I earn?You'll earn 7 CECs for each day of PES you attend, so for the two-day event you'll earn all 14 CECs needed for certification renewal! Pre- and Post-conference workshops award 1 CEC per hour.
Why is the pre- or post-conference workshop that I paid for not on my schedule?After you purchase a ticket for a pre- or post-conference workshop, you still need to select the corresponding session when you create your schedule.
Can I purchase discounted equipment used at the event?Yes! Please contact Anthea Fane at 760-845-7756 to inquire and place your order for discounted reformers, chairs and accessories. We can help arrange shipping to your location at the end of the event.
What is the cancellation policy? If you need to cancel your reservation, email us at info@peakpilates.com. You can transfer your tickets to another person or receive a credit toward a future event or Peak Pilates merchandise. You can also request a refund less any fees according to the refund deadlines:- Refund requests received prior to June 14, 2023: $25 cancellation fee
- Refund requests received June 15, 2023 to August 13, 2023: $75 cancellation fee
- No refunds will be given for requests received after August 13, 2023.
Please note that Eventbrite processing fees are non refundable.
