I've been in fitness for over 35 years. I am not a purist in any exercise modality and I love using Pilates techniques in all forms of workouts. I teach 3 Pilates zoom classes a week and 1 senior chair class a week. I also have a Rehab/Cadillac/Reformer and teach privates in my home studio. I love tennis, pickle ball, ping pong, crocheting and reading. I'm semi-retired (as being fully retired will probably never work for me). This year, I decided NOT to do much social media. There are a lot of "I's" in here. LOL Now, about YOU?
