Lindsay Hendrickson is a Level 3 Peak Pilates® Master Instructor.  She has been with Peak Pilates® since 2011 as a Master Instructor. Lindsay was certified in Pilates in 2005 with Roman’s Pilates. She began teaching in New York City before moving to Phoenix. There she co-owned a studio and then began working at Life Time Fitness as a Pilates instructor and Pilates studio coordinator. In 2013 Lindsay moved to Warner Robins, Georgia with her family.  She opened and currently owns Inspire Pilates Studio. It is a passion of hers to bring Pilates to as many people in the community as possible. Her desire is to improve people’s quality of life through movement. Lindsay also received her IIN Nutrition Health Coaching Certification in 2019, and she is also a certified Bootybarre instructor.
