Cherry Herzog is a Level IV Peak Pilates® Master Instructor, Senior Mentor and member of the Advisory Board. A Texas native with over 30 years in the health and fitness industry, Cherry achieved her first Pilates certification with Physical Mind in 1997. In 1999, she completed her comprehensive Pilates training with Colleen Glenn’s The Pilates System® at Goodbody’s Wellness Center. In 2003, Cherry joined Peak Pilates® as a Classical Teacher Trainer attending many training camps under the leadership of Colleen Glenn, Zoey Trap and Claire Dunphy. A lifelong student, always educating herself, Cherry conducts certification courses and presents workshops globally. Cherry is known for creating a fun, uplifting and educational environment where instructors can take risks and grow. She is the co-owner and director of Pilates Connection in Dallas, Texas.
